Any online payment made through this website is only an expression of interest and does not create any legal right, title, ownership or allotment of any property.

Applicants must complete the prescribed application process, submit the required documents and make the applicable payments within the stipulated time to proceed with the booking.

Only Indian Citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) eligible under applicable Indian laws may apply.

All online payments are subject to RBI guidelines and the terms of the respective payment gateway or banking service provider.

Priyal Group shall not be responsible for any payment failures, delays or technical issues arising from payment gateways, banks or third-party service providers.

Property availability is subject to confirmation by Priyal Group. In case the selected unit is unavailable, the booking amount, if applicable, will be refunded as per the company's policy.

Cancellation requests shall be governed by the applicable booking terms, allotment letter and company policies.

Priyal Group reserves the right to reject or cancel any application found to contain false, incomplete or misleading information.

All project details, specifications, layouts, pricing and payment schedules are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
